What is the material used in the personalized wedding gift?
All personalized wedding gifts are made of high grade polyester resin. Unlike others which are made of clay or even flour, our custom made figurines are made for lasting. This non-toxic clay is harmless and will not corrode with time. They are not easily broken too.
What is the size of the personalized wedding gift?
Each figurine stands about 4-5 inches tall.

How to keep the personalized wedding gift in good condition?
The personalized wedding gift itself has water resistant properties. Stains on the figurine can be easily wiped off with soap or toothpaste. With proper care, our product can last for a long time.
How long is the delivery time?
Every single set of figurine will require 7-10 days to complete. Upon completion, a series of strict quality control checks are carried out before handing over to the packaging department for dispatch.
Due to all these quality checks, the amount of time needed for the delivery have to be longer. However, these quality checks are necessary as we strive to maintain the highest standard in our products. On average, collection can be done approximately 21 working days from date of order.

What type of photos should I submit?
Photos are the main materials for our artists to customize and shape your personalized wedding gift. A front view photo with clear facial features is essential in order to produce a figurine with a higher resemblance of you. For more look-alike output, please upload left and right view as well.
In case you can’t get four angles as above, at least 1 clear Front View Photo with minimum 300kb, also can be acceptable.
But, please DO NOT use the photo as below:-
And, changing hair style, adding additional accessory, studio photo, up-close photo is NOT advisable…
How do I upload my photos? What should I do after I have done the payment?
Once you have place the order, we will send a confirm email to you. Then, you can send your photos to us by using that email address.
If you find that you keep having timeout while uploading your photos, you should resize the photos, we recommend photo editing freeware, Google Picasa.
I am interested in full body figurine of movie stars. Do you have any ready made one?
Sorry, we don’t have ready made movie star figurine, but we can specially custom made one to you for your personal collection. This is a very popular option if you don’t find a design that we have in stock. Just click here to see more detail.
If order in bulk, will discount being given?
Our apologies! As each figurine is one and only in the world created by our specially trained artists, we are unable to give discount due to the high cost of production.
However, we will be able to give discounted prices for mass production of the same design for corporate purposes. Do contact us for such arrangements.
What is the percentage of resemblance?
Resemblance is the most important factor to our artists. As for the percentage of the resemblance, it’s like art appreciation. Just imagine, a unique figurine of you is created from a photo with the creativity of our artist!
Can I return it my figurines?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, they are made just for you, so we can’t accept any returns or refunds. Thanks for understanding.
